Bespoke Wedding Rings Devon – Bidmead

I had the very good fortune to meet Richard when he was completing an assignment for friends wedding rings. I had travelled up to stay in Sussex for a week from deepest darkest Devon! The next time I was in Sussex I met him again when another friend had a redesign of a wedding ring done. His commitment to pleasing his customers really struck me and whilst he was working I looked through his patterns for rings and spotted a design shape I liked. I had wanted for a long time to get a special ring as part of my retirement celebrations. I took Richard’s e-mail details and contacted him several times during the design process and found him to be so friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He really went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my new bespoke ring. This involved sending me pictures of the ring during construction as well as putting the gemstones on to both white and yellow gold and sending me photos to see which setting I preferred. The final result is a beautiful rainbow stone twisted ring with a yellow gold shank and white gold setting. He asked my budget and stuck to it for me which I very much appreciated. All in all the service was superb and I am just so pleased to have come across him. My ring is so beautiful and to know I was involved in the design process of such a wonderful piece of jewellery which is so me is just incredible. I consider myself very lucky to have met you and will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who wants a very special item of jewellery at what is a very reasonable price. I need to save up now and get you to do some very special earrings for me. You are a star and I look forward to using your skills and professionalism again when I can.
