I had been looking around for an engagement ring for a while as I wanted something that was a little unique. After being let down several times I happened upon Richard who was quick to answer my questions and arrange a meeting. He was very easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. He explained the process of how a ring was made and hallmarked and then we set about designing something totally unique. I had a fairly tight deadline which Richard felt confident he could meet. Nearly two weeks before I needed the ring he had it ready. I really appreciated the hard work he put in to get it ready in time and the ring looked fantastic, even better than I had imagined when we designed it. Suffice to say my fiance loves her ring. Richard provided an excellent service. He was always quick to answer queries, professional in his approach and a superb jeweller.
